Thanks for your interest in being an Exhibitor at METROCON! Due to our highly-demanded merchant/exhibitor space, which sold out both Artists and Vendors in just over 12 minutes the last time we offered first-come-first-serve purchasing, we have moved to a juried application system. Please be advised that details of the application and approval process are available in our Exhibitor Packet linked below! PLEASE REVIEW THE INFORMATION IN THE PACKET PRIOR TO REACHING OUT WITH ANY QUESTIONS, as the most common questions we get can be answered with info in the Packet!

ADDITIONAL INFO
You will not reserve your specific space location(s) yourself – after purchasing a space, the METROCON staff will place your booth/table in the proper area. Please include your preferred locations (top three) in the comments section where noted during checkout – you can reference the Live Availability Map on the Checkout Page when you are purchasing to provide booth/table numbers you prefer. These are subject to availability, and if none of these spaces are available we will place you as close as possible to the requested spaces. METROCON reserves the right to move or shift reservations as needed.
If there are any questions about your merchandise, prior incidents at METROCON or other events, or any other requests for information from the staff we are always willing to help. All of our reservations are done online through our website and are reserved on an application approval basis. We will not be circumventing this application approval process. Once a type of booth/table is sold out and no longer available, they will not be available for purchase. Reservations will not be held without payment.
Once a type of space is sold out, a wait-list will be created from remaining approved applications. Applications will be reviewed in the order they are received, however approvals will not be issued until all applications have been reviewed. After the room is sold out, a fixed number of remaining applications will be moved to the wait list automatically.
